RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At TAsha, we strive to deliver high-quality furniture to your home. Please carefully consider your purchase as we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Inspection & Defect Reporting:

All items undergo thorough quality checks before shipment by our professionals and sales team.

Upon delivery, please inspect your items carefully in the presence of the delivery agent.

If you identify any manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, immediately report it to the delivery agent.

To initiate a defect claim, email detailed photos and a description of the issue to tashastudio2024@gmail.com. This must be done promptly following delivery.

Defective Items:

We will only consider replacements or refunds for items with documented manufacturing defects reported at the time of delivery.

We require clear photographic evidence to assess the claim.

Important Considerations:

Please ensure you are aware of the product dimensions before placing your order. We cannot offer replacements or refunds if an item does not fit through doorways or hallways.

Customer presence is required at the time of delivery to facilitate proper inspection
WARRANTY

1-Year Free Service Warranty: Covers defects related to termites, beetles, checks, and splits.

5-Year Paid Service Warranty: Extends coverage for the same defects beyond the initial free service period.

Damage caused by moisture or temperature variations will be addressed through our Fee-For-Service (FFS) program.

Furniture exposed to direct sunlight or transported to dry climates may develop cracks. These instances will also be subject to our FFS program
Doorstep Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your Homework Furniture order efficiently and safely. Please review the following delivery guidelines:

Ground Floor Delivery: For residences and offices located on the ground floor, your furniture will be delivered directly to your doorstep.

Multi-Level Buildings: In multi-level buildings, we will deliver your furniture to a secure lobby area and notify the security desk upon arrival.

In-Home Placement: Moving furniture beyond the lobby or ground floor doorstep is the customer's responsibility. Customers must arrange for their own manpower to transport furniture within their premises.

Size and Fit: It is essential to verify product dimensions prior to purchase. Homework Furniture and our logistics partners are not responsible for issues arising from furniture that does not fit through doorways, hallways, or within designated spaces.
